About Charlotte
Calm, capable coaching for women who are done starting over.

Charlotte Ashley is a personal trainer and online coach helping women rebuild strength, consistency, and confidence in their body without burning out.
Her work is grounded in the belief that most people don’t fail at fitness because they lack willpower, but because they’ve been trying to force themselves through systems that don’t support their nervous system or real life.
My approach

All coaching inside Charlotte Ashley Fitness is built around the THRV method - a calm, structured framework that prioritises regulation first, then strength, movement, and nutrition.

This approach focuses on:
-
Helping your body feel safe and supported
-
Reducing overwhelm and decision fatigue
-
Building strength in a steady, intentional way
-
Creating consistency that doesn’t rely on motivation

The goal isn’t to push harder.
It’s to build something that actually lasts.
Why I do this work
I work with women who feel disconnected from their body, stuck in stop-start cycles, or overwhelmed by traditional fitness advice.

Many of my clients are capable, intelligent women who’ve tried everything and still feel like nothing sticks.

My role isn’t to shout, shame, or push you through exhaustion.
It’s to provide structure, clarity, and calm guidance so progress feels possible again.
Why this approach matters to me
I didn’t build this style of coaching by accident.
Like many women I work with, I’ve experienced periods where pushing harder didn’t lead to better results - it led to burnout, inconsistency, and a strained relationship with my body.

Over time, through training, experience, and working with hundreds of clients, it became clear that progress isn’t about doing more - it’s about creating the right conditions for consistency.

That’s why my work focuses on regulation first, then strength, movement, and nutrition.
When the system supports you, everything else becomes easier.
What working with me is like
Clients often describe sessions and coaching as:

-
Supportive, not pressurised
-
Clear and structured
-
Calm, even inside a gym setting
-
Focused on progress, not perfection
I work best with women who are ready to take responsibility for their health, follow a plan, and engage with the process - without expecting to be carried or emotionally managed.
This is coaching, not therapy.
