In-Person Personal Training (Teesside)

Calm, supportive 1:1 personal training for women who want structure  not pressure.

Charlotte Ashley Fitness offers in-person personal training in Teesside at Puregym Teesside Park, using the same THRV method as the online coaching.

This is personal training for women who want to feel stronger and more confident in their body, without being pushed into burnout or overwhelm.

What sessions are like

Sessions are:

  • calm and structured

  • focused on strength, stability, and control

  • adapted to your energy, confidence, and capacity

Training may include:

  • strength training

  • Pilates-informed movement

  • slower, intentional progressions

There’s no shouting, no judgement, and no pressure to perform.

Who this is for

In-person personal training may be a good fit if you:

  • feel nervous in gym environments

  • want hands-on guidance

  • struggle with consistency alone

  • prefer structure over motivation

  • want support without intensity for intensity’s sake

You don’t need prior experience to start.

In-person sessions currently take place at PureGym Teesside Park.

Sessions are delivered 1:1 using a focused, nervous-system-aware approach, even within a commercial gym setting.
