The CBC method, "Coached by Charlotte," is a unique coaching approach I designed to support high masking ADHD and autistic individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.

 

My method is grounded in empathy, personalised guidance, and a holistic approach to well-being, addressing not just physical health but also mental and emotional well-being.

I’m a big believer in not one type of exercise fits all. However I’m a huge advocate for strength training but don’t take my word for it.
